How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?

We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or stiffeners, and we offer the option to ship the vinyl outside of the sleeve to prevent seam splits during transit.

What is the grading system for your used records?

We follow the Goldmine Standard for grading our pre-owned collection. Each record is visually inspected and, in many cases, play-tested to ensure accuracy across grades from Poor to Mint.

Can I return a record if it doesn't meet my expectations?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for defective items or records that differ significantly from their described condition. Sealed new releases must remain unopened to be eligible for a full refund.

Do you buy used record collections?

Absolutely. We are always looking for quality used vinyl, CDs, and music memorabilia. You can bring your collection to our physical storefront or contact us via email for larger estate inquiries.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping via Media Mail usually takes 5-8 business days, while Priority Mail options are available for faster delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes.
